LSC completed a design-build project for 'Brooklyn Made Presents,' a state-of-the-art, 10,000 SQFT music venue in Brooklyn with a capacity of 500. The venue includes three bars, green rooms, a kitchen, the main venue, a private viewing balcony, restrooms, an industry room, back-of-house spaces, a remodeled Airstream ticket office, and a pool. Scope of Services included: comprehensive design and build, including architectural design, consultant management, interior design, creative direction, millwork, architectural plaster, murals, decorative metal and glass work, FF&E selection, procurement, signage, and landscaping.
