Below the apartment at 279 Grand lives Maracuja, a steadfast and historic neighborhood bar which LSC rennovated as part of the Grand development. Interior and exterior remodelling drew from the bar’s iconic facade and signage, as well as interior features cherished by loyal patrons. Specil attention was devoted to the integration of the new facade with the street by use of organic materials and mineral textures to compliment the symbolic original corrugation.
