The York is a 30-top pub located in the East Village. Our Design Build team worked with the owners to bring their idea to life, inspired by the heritage of traditional pubs from across the Atlantic. The project features a custom teak bar by LSC's in-house carpentry team and a reclaimed floor salvaged from a roof in Brooklyn. The result is a warm and inviting space that has quickly become a valued part of the community. They also serve a proper smash burger. Scope of Services included: Architectural Design, Filing, Expediting, Construction Management, Floor Leveling and Finishing, MEP Upgrades, Commercial Kitchen Design Mgmt, FNB Cordination, Consultant Management, Millwork, Special Finishes.
